Education

Ms. Mendoza obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Central American University (UCA), Managua, Nicaragua in 2020. Graduating with honors. Likewise, in his monographic work entitled “Treatment of Financial Leasing (Leasing) in the legal and tax field in Nicaragua in value added tax and income tax”, she obtained the title of Maxime Cum Laude.

Professional Experience

In November 2018, she started as an intern in the Tax & Legal area of ​​the R&M firm, Solís Ibarra, where she provided her services on Tax Law issues. Joining the firm in January 2020 in the litigation area and is currently an associate to deal with matters related to Litigation, Intellectual Property, Administrative Law and Patrimonial Successions, acquiring extensive experience in these matters.
