Ms. Chavarria studied a Law Degree at the Central American University (UCA). Throughout her academic career she obtained a series of awards, including the title of Max Cum Laude in her monographic work to obtain the Bachelor’s Degree. Awarded for being part of the student body of academic excellence of the 2015 period of the Central American University (UCA). Graduated with honors in 2017, by the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the UCA, granting her the title Magna Cum Laude for her performance throughout the law career.
In November 2016, she began as an intern in the legal area of the Banco de la Producción Sociedad Anónima (Banpro S.A), where she assisted in Banking and Notarial Law issues. Obtaining an approach in the banking practice of the country, and in April 2017 was able to become an assistant of the legal area of Banco Ficohsa Nicaragua, supporting corporate issues. Joining the firm in March 2018. She has assisted in the course of her career in advising national and transnational companies in litigation, civil law, Corporate Law, labor law, family law and Intellectual Property, achieving satisfactory results in the firm.
Committed to her work, Ms. Chavarría Matamoros is training and forging her path in Tort Law, since in 2021 she participated in the Workshop on “Economic Elements in Damage Estimation”, a program prepared by FK economics, and recognized by the International Chamber of Commerce of Costa Rica; Likewise, it successfully passed the Damage Law Update Course taught by the General Foundation of the University of Salamanca.
