Doctor Munguia, studied at the Complutense University, of Madrid, Spain, with a specialty in Commercial Law and Corporate Consultancy. He is a Lawyer and Notary Public since 1967. He also studied at the Central American Institute of Business Administration – INCAE, Managua, Nicaragua, Studies for Corporate Attorneys, Corporations and Commercial Contracts.
Professional Experience
Legal Advisor to former President Violeta Chamorro, 1990-1991. Member of the Board of Directors of the Nicaragua Stock Exchange. Secretary Director of the Board of Directors of Banco de la Produccion since 1995. Founder of the Microenterprise Support Foundation (FAMA) with International Action, non-profit organization and President of FAMA since October 1991. Member of the Board of Directors of the Council Superior of the Nicaraguan Private Company (COSEP), since 1995. President of Bolsa Agro, Stock Exchange of Agriculture, since 2004. Joined the Board of Directors of the Union of Agricultural Producers of Nicaragua (UPANIC) as representative of the Association of Peanut producers from Nicaragua. Appointed active member of the Institute of International Hispanic and Filipino Law with Headquarters in Madrid Spain. Appointed member of the Institute of Aeronautical and Space Law and Commercial Aviation. Founding member of Munguía Vidaurre Law.
